In this episode, we talk about becoming and adult and the different generations of adults in North America, and we discuss some of the slang terms that describe various types of adults. So we did an episode a month or so ago called Childhood, and now we’re talking about as you grow up, you get older, and you start to become an adult. We’re gonna talk first about coming of age, becoming an adult.The downtown location is directly off the Phoenix light rail with access to the Grid Bike Share program.
In 2015 she helped launch ‘Burgh Blethers’- a new Fife storytelling group based in Inverkeithing and is an advocate of working with young storytellers and of using ‘words for wellbeing’ to support others.
She has also worked in Perth, Australia, Brunei, and briefly in The Netherlands.

Over 2015/2016 Kate has performed and offered story sessions and workshops at a diverse range of events including: Carnock Primary 150 anniversary, The Great Tapestry of Scotland exhibition in Kirkcaldy, Tall Tales in St Andrews Museum , Stories in the cave at Pittenweem Arts Festival, Historic Scotland Big Draw events in Linlithgow Palace , Aberdour, Blackness and Urquhart castles, Inverkeithing Arts Initiative Makers Market, Bookweek sessions with Homestart Edinburgh, Fife Society for the Blind Social groups, Del Farquharson Centre and Rosyth Resource Centre outreach groups, Doors Open Day at Rosyth Castle and Glenrothes Heritage Centre, Glasgow on Ice, the Riverside Museum beach stories and Rosyth Centenary celebrations.
She is currently writing and piloting sessions called ‘Tales from the Castle Kitchen’ in Aberdour, Craigmillar, Huntingtower , Elcho and Newark castles, in collaboration with Historic and Environment Scotland.
